I haven't used Qimage. I have NeatImage and find that it takes a long time to process and the pictures come out very flat. I just got Nik Dfine for noise reduction and Nik Sharpener Pro! Home for sharpening (they are plug-ins). Both of them work incredibly well. You can buy specific 'camera profiles' that allows Dfine to analyze the noise as it is specifically created in different cameras. I have a minolta 7i and the noise reduction is FAR superior the Neat Image.
Hört sich wirklich gut an. Und es gibt wohl eine Demo dazu.
